Biography :
Bea is a 43 year resident of Seal Beach and has been a Realtor since 1986. She specializes in Old Town and The Hill but counsels clients in College Park East, College Park West and communities that surround Seal Beach.
Bea’s clients describe her as honest, ethical, knowledgeable, hard working and professional. Her cooperation and rapport with fellow Realtors contribute greatly to her success.
Bea’s community involvements include volunteering at the neighborhood elementary school, delivering meals to seniors, chairing the Centennial Carnival Committee, serving on her church’s Ministry to the Sick and Bereavement Committee and serving on the Seal Beach Committee of the Orange County Philharmonic Society.
When Bea is not busy helping clients with their real estate needs, you’ll find her playing with her four granddaughters, tailgating at USC football games, walking along the beach or reading a best-selling novel.
